- Have insight into recruitment trends and candidate branding.
Job Description
- Provide new ideas to the recruitment team to maximize candidate sourcing and management.
- Apply modern tools and methods in recruitment.
- Design and implement employer branding strategies that enhance the company's image as a preferred workplace.
- Manage digital and offline campaigns to attract quality candidates.
- Work with educational institutions, communities, media and other external partners to build candidate networks.
- Attend external events such as job fairs, seminars, or other collaborations that support employer branding.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the employer branding strategy.
