  • Male, minimum S1 education from all majors
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in the same field and position  
  • Experienced in acquiring potential candidates
  • Have links to external partners, such as communities, educational institutions, and media.
  • Ability to build creative and innovative employer branding strategic
  • Understand social media and digital campaigns for company branding.
  • Have insight into recruitment trends and candidate branding.

Job Description  

  • Provide new ideas to the recruitment team to maximize candidate sourcing and management.
  • Apply modern tools and methods in recruitment.
  • Design and implement employer branding strategies that enhance the company's image as a preferred workplace.
  • Manage digital and offline campaigns to attract quality candidates.
  • Work with educational institutions, communities, media and other external partners to build candidate networks.
  • Attend external events such as job fairs, seminars, or other collaborations that support employer branding.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the employer branding strategy.
